2023 Election: Reactions As Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed Sprays Money On Residents From SUV

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has come under heavy criticism for spraying money at residents of his states, while he was being driven in a convoy through a cheering crowd. Bala Mohammed during the weekend caused a chaotic scene during his visit to Azare town where threw money at residents. The Governor who was being hailed by the crowd stood up through the open roof of his SUV and sprayed naira at a happy crowd. This act is actually against the Nigerian law Section 21 (3,4,5) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act 2007 clearly prohibits any form of abuse of the Nigerian currency. The Act prescribes “imprisonment for a term not less than six months or to a fine not less than N50,000 or to both such fine and imprisonment for anyone guilty of spraying of, dancing or matching on the Naira or any note issued by the Bank during social occasions. TECH 28 Is the TECNO Spark 2 Worth it?

A few weeks back, we did the unboxing and quick review of the TECNO Spark 2. Today, we would be looking if the TECNO Spark 2 worth it. The new TECNO Spark 2 might not have gotten the attention it needed. When considering the phone to buy, the smartphone might not quickly come to mind. This is not the cheapest phone from TECNO but it’s not the most expensive either. The large, bezel-less display is really cool. They got it right with the fingerprint scanner which is placed at the back of the phone. It’s a good decision from TECNO again, as well as the facial recognition, which by the way, works pretty well.
At its price, the TECNO Spark 2 is competing with the Infinix Hot 6 and the Xiaomi Redmi 5A. Both of these are good phones.  As we know, the TECNO Spark 2 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) which happens to be its major highlight and 18:9 aspect screen ratio.
